DAR ES SALAAM, July 31 -- THE Tanzanian government has been commended for its efforts to address the impacts of climate change through the implementation of various policies, strategies, and programmes aimed at strengthening environmental, economic, and social resilience.

The commendation was made by the Acting Australian High Commissioner to Tanzania, Andrew Barnes, during his discussions with the Permanent Secretary of the Vice Presidents Office, Dr Richard Muyungi, held in Dar es Salaam.
