DAR ES SALAAM, July 28 -- THE Deputy Minister for Transport, David Kihenzile, has directed the Director General of Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) to take disciplinary action against employees who fail to provide quality services to the public.

Kihenzile issued the directive while addressing ATCL employees, stressing the importance of staff treating passengers and members of the public with respect and providing services professionally.

He said any employee who disrespects citizens contributes to creating conflict between the Government and the people it serves.
