ARUSHA, March 6 -- TANZANIAs safari capital, Arusha, is preparing to host a high-profile Pan-African sporting and cultural spectacle in May 2026, as the second edition of the Cape to Cairo Arusha International tourism and cultural festival aims to draw more than 5,000 participants from across Africa and beyond.
