DODOMA, Sept. 1 -- Attorney General (AG) Hamza Johari has commended the Office of the Chief Parliamentary Draftsman (OCPD) for its immense contribution to the preparation of the Written Laws (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, 2026, which was presented to the National Assembly in Dodoma today (September 1, 2026).

Apart from thanking the OCPD under the leadership of Chief Parliamentary Draftsman Onorius Ngole, AG Johari also recognised staff in his office and lawmakers for playing their constitutional roles in enacting laws, including amending existing legislation to reflect the needs and direction of the country.
