DODOMA, June 17 -- A total of 225 institutions are participating in the Public Service Week celebrations and exhibitions taking place at Chinangali Park in Dodoma, marking a significant increase from the 146 institutions that took part in the 2025 event.

Speaking during the opening ceremony today, June 17, 2026, Juma Mkomi, Permanent Secretary in the Presidents Office – Public Service Management and Good Governance, said the increase reflects the growing commitment of public institutions to bringing government services closer to citizens.
