IKUNGI, June 28 -- PRIME Minister Dr Mwigulu Nchemba has said the government will continue safeguarding peace, security and the nations resources, warning that it will not tolerate acts that threaten the countrys security.

Dr Nchemba made the remarks yesterday while addressing residents of Ikungi District in Singida Region during his working tour of the region.

He said the government has continued to monitor reports of individuals allegedly planning or financing activities that could disrupt national peace, adding that security organs will continue taking action in accordance with the law against anyone found to be involved.
