Sri Lanka, June 25 -- According to our front page story carried in yesterday's edition, the Government has approved a proposal to issue a new circular governing the admission of students to Grade One in Government schools. The newly formulated circular had been prepared by incorporating recommendations, observations and proposals made by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery and Corruption (CIABOC) and the Human Right Commission of Sri Lanka (HRCSL).
