Sri Lanka, May 1 -- Attention has been directed towards modernising and developing the Welisara Milk Processing Centre, Wattala, a main milk processing centre of the National Livestock Development Board (NLDB), with the aim of expanding its production activities.

A discussion was held with the participation of Science and Technology Minister Prof. Krishantha Abeysekera to review the centre's current operations and discuss steps needed for development activities on Wednesday (29).
