SriLanka, Sept. 22 -- The verdict in the case filed against 25 accused, including Naufer Moulavi, in connection with the Easter Sunday terror attacks that took place on April 21 in 2019, is scheduled to be delivered today (22) by the Colombo High Court Trial-at-Bar.

The trial was conducted before the Colombo High Court Trial-at-Bar bench comprising High Court Judges Navaratne Marasinghe, Ramanathan Kannan and Sujeewa Nissanka.

The trial was conducted on a day-to-day basis and was concluded following the recording of testimonies of 2,309 prosecution witnesses. Following a lengthy trial, the Colombo High Court Trial-at-Bar fixed the case for the pronouncement of the verdict today (22).
