Sri Lanka, June 10 -- The United National Party, in a statement released yesterday, said that a Parliamentary team be sent to examine the treatment of former State Intelligence Services Chief Suresh Salley as the issue has reached the attention of international community

Issuing a statement over what it said the alleged inhumane treatment of Suresh Salley, the UNP said that any action taken against Major General Suresh Salley must be in accordance with the the Constitutions and international conventions.
