Sri Lanka, Nov. 3 -- Coinciding with the 24th anniversary of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325, which fell on October 31, an event to launch the unofficial Sinhala and Tamil translations of the UN Security Council Resolutions on 'Women, Peace, and Security' was held at Waters Edge, Battaramulla, under the patronage of Women and Children's Affairs Minister Saroja Savithri Paulraj.

Printed copies of these translations, carried out by the organisation Pathways to Peace with financial support from the Canadian Government through the Canadian High Commission in Sri Lanka, were officially presented during the event.Sri Lanka travel
