Sri Lanka, July 7 -- The National Archaeology Conference, organised by the Archaeology Department to coincide with the 136th Archaeology Day, is being held at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute on July 7 and 8. Its theme this time is 'Breathing Life into Heritage' ( Urumayata Jeewayak ).

The opening ceremony of this conference will commence today (7) at 9:30 am at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute, under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya.
