Twenty five health sector mega projects to resume
Sri Lanka, June 8 -- The Government has taken action to resume and implement 25 large-scale projects across major hospitals and the healthcare sector that had been initiated but subsequently stalled by previous Governments.
This comprehensive and accelerated programme is being implemented on the instructions of Health and Mass Media Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.
The programme encompasses 25 mega development projects whose construction began in the years 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2024, but had been halted midway due to various reasons.
