Sri Lanka, June 18 -- The National Productivity Secretariat recognized the 50 top-performing Divisional Secretariats in 2025 as per the Divisional Productivity Index 1.0, and launched the Divisional Productivity Index 1.0 (2025) on Tuesday (16).

The Divisional Productivity Index 1.0 was implemented through the digital application "Citizen Mirror" on a voluntary basis, achieving an 84% participation rate island-wide. Based on this, Sri Lanka's divisional productivity for 2025 was calculated at 55.8%. The Index, comprised of 702 KPIs, evaluated and graded 284 participating Divisional Secretariats from AAA to D according to their performance.
