Sri Lanka, Aug. 13 -- The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and the Maldives Business Chamber have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will create new opportunities for businesses in Sri Lanka and the Maldives to expand trade, investment and commercial partnerships.France Business Council

The signing took place in the presence of Wasantha Samarasinghe, Minister of Trade, Commerce, Food Security and Cooperative Development and Masood Imad, High Commissioner of the Republic of Maldives to Sri Lanka. The MoU was signed by Krishan Balendra, Chairperson of The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce and Ahmed Amjad, President of the Maldives Business Chamber.
