Sri Lanka, Feb. 24 -- The Cabinet has greenlit the urgent redevelopment of a vital 2.2 km road section connecting the Kerawalapitiya Expressway entrance to Elakanda Road.
This stretch serves as the primary access point for the 400-acre Kerawalapitiya Industrial Zone, home to strategic facilities operated by Litro Gas, the Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals, the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), and various Board of Investment (BOI) projects.
