Sri Lanka, July 15 -- An investigation has been initiated under the leadership of the Central Province (CP) Education Director into an incident in which it is alleged that about 80 percent of the questions in the Tamil language question paper given yesterday (14) for the second term examination for Grade 11 students in the province's schools had been copied from the question paper given to schools in the Northern Province (NP) in 2019.

This question paper had been prepared by the Central Province Education Department and distributed to all schools in the province.
