Sri Lanka, May 26 -- A national initiative aimed at strengthening Sri Lanka's cyber security landscape and protecting citizens from digital financial fraud was launched at the "SL Scam Shield" Executive Breakfast Forum held recently in Colombo.

The forum, jointly organised by Google Cloud and NCINGA, was conducted under the patronage of Deputy Minister of Digital Economy Eranga Weeraratne, who stressed the urgent need for a unified national cyber defence strategy amid growing digital threats.
