Sri Lanka, July 22 -- The Ceylon Teachers' Union (CTU) has alleged that principals, teachers, and students have been severely inconvenienced due to delays and irregularities in the distribution of question papers for the second term tests, currently being conducted by the Southern Provincial Education Department for Grades 6 to 11.

A CTU Executive member Kelum de Silva said the Department had planned to release the question papers in two phases for the term examinations which are scheduled to be held over nine days from July 13 to 23.
