Sri Lanka, June 23 -- Kapila Kalyana Perera has been appointed as the new Deputy Chief Commissioner (Acting) of the Sri Lanka Scout Association (SLSA), effective yesterday. Chief Commissioner Manoj Nanayakkara handed over the letter of appointment to him at the National Headquarters yesterday.
