Sri Lanka, Oct. 2 -- Sri Lanka Army together with Russia's Eastern Military District's Combined Arms Army have concluded a bilateral joint military exercise 'Wolverine Path 2026' on the territory of the Russian Federation, marking an important stage in building friendly relations between the military of the two countries.

During the drills, units of the special operations forces of Sri Lanka and the Eastern Military District's Combined Arms Army of Russia shared their skills in the firing of various types of standard weapons, the bases of military tactical firing, and demonstrated offensive and defensive actions.
