Sri Lanka, July 15 -- Under the project implemented under the China-Sri Lanka Friendship Programme, a school equipment distribution for the children of Kaballagoda Primary School in the Horana Education Zone was held recently at the school premises, under the patronage of Chinese Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Qi Zhenhong.

The event was held under the guidance of the Head of the Horana Vidyarathna University college, Venerable Labugama Narada Thera, and coordinated by Member of Parliament, Specialist Dr. Nihal Abeysinghe.

A Chinese diplomatic delegation, including the Ambassador's wife, Jin Qian, and the Third Secretary of the Embassy, Jin Enze participated in this programme.
