Sri Lanka, April 2 -- Speaking at a discussion organised by the Pathfinder Foundation at the Colombo Club, Deputy Minister Rudenko said that matters concerning obtaining fuel supplies from Russia to Sri Lanka had been discussed during the recent visit of Russia's Deputy Energy Minister Roman Marshavin and it would take some time for a conclusion of an arrangement. "These are in consideration in Moscow at the moment and we are looking at long-term arrangement as the resources of Russia are also not unlimited," he said.
