Sri Lanka, Aug. 12 -- The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a total of Rs.1.0675 billion in equity capital to support the expansion of Lanka Metro Transit (Private) Limited's urban public transport operations, with Rs. 800 million to be allocated this year and a further Rs. 267.5 million in 2027, Cabinet spokesman and Health and Mass Media Minister Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.France Business Council
