Sri Lanka, March 20 -- Mayura Netthikumara, Managing Director of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC), stated that reports claiming fuel will not be issued from storage terminals tomorrow (March 21) and on Sunday (March 22) are completely false.
He said the continuous supply of fuel to filling stations across the island will proceed as usual.
According to the CPC Managing Director, fuel distribution is currently being carried out under the odd-even system, with fuel being issued today (March 20) only to vehicles whose license plates end in an even number.
