Sri Lanka, Oct. 20 -- Justice and National Integration Minister Harshana Nanayakkara said a framework will be introduced to reduce the mandatory wait time for narcotic analyst reports down to a strict three-month time frame by January 31, 2027, to eliminate chronic backlogs in the Government Analyst's Department.

He noted this after engaging in an inspection tour of the Government Analyst's Department in Battaramulla recently.Read Daily News
