Sri Lanka, Aug. 25 -- Sri Lanka's High Commissioner to India Mahishini Colonne highlighted how public goodwill serves as the vital backbone of India-Sri Lanka relationswhile economic investments and strategic ties define institutional frameworks.

Speaking at the 66th Course of the National Defence College (NDC) in New Delhi recently, she said public goodwill acts as a strategic asset that insulates bilateral ties and creates a sustainable foundation for a long-term alliance.
