Sri Lanka, Feb. 23 -- Sri Lanka's postal service will be modernised significantly to improve efficiency, infrastructure, and technology, Minister of Health and Mass Media Nalinda Jayatissa said.

The Minister said the necessary funds and infrastructure will be provided to develop physical and human resources for an attractive and efficient service to the public.
