Sri Lanka, Oct. 7 -- Prime Minister and Education Minister Dr. Harini Amarasooriya, as the Minister in charge of the subject, has agreed to extend the full support of the Education Ministry to implement the instructions given by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake to popularise the scout movement at the grassroots level, Sri Lanka Scout Association's (SLSA) Chief Commissioner Manoj Nanayakkara stated.

The Chief Commissioner mentioned this during a recent discussion held at the Education Ministry between the Prime Minister and Senior Commissioners of the Sri Lanka Scout Association, focusing on the progress and future development plans of the movement.
