Sri Lanka, July 13 -- The 40th Annual General Meeting of the People's Bank Muslim Majlis was held at the Shara hall in Addalaichenai.

The meeting was presided over by the President of the Muslim Majlis and Deputy General Manager A.U.L.A. Ansar and was attended by Majlis members from across the country.

Among those present were the Secretary of the Majlis, M.S.F. Aman, Treasurer S.S. Jumat, Vice President U.L. Ali Mohamed, together with members of the executive committee and the general membership. The election of office-bearers for the current year also took place during the meeting.

The Majlis reviewed it activities over the past year and discussed its future programmes and development plans.
