Sri Lanka, Nov. 6 -- In line with the Government's National Digital Economy Strategy 2025-2030, People's Bank has extended digital banking facilities to support the Central Provincial Revenue Department in digitalising the stamp duty payment process, marking an important step towards modernizing public revenue collection services.

The digitalised process was inaugurated by the Governor of the Central Province, Dr. Harsha Suranga Fernando.

The occasion was attended by Central Provincial Chief Secretary H.G.M.A. Premasinghe, Central Provincial Revenue Commissioner K.G.P.J.
