Sri Lanka, Aug. 5 -- Pan Asia Bank has announced the appointment of B D A Perera as Chairman of the Bankand Ayodhya Iddawela Perera as Deputy Chairperson with effect from 3 rd August 2026, further strengthening the Bank's leadership as it continues to advance its strategic priorities and long-term growth agenda.
Perera succeeds to the role after serving on the Board since April 2021 and as Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director since November 2024.
