Sri Lanka, March 3 -- Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa has called for an urgent meeting of all Opposition party leaders and Parliamentarians to discuss the escalating conflict in the Middle East, his office said yesterday. The meeting will take place today (03) at the Opposition Leader's office in the Parliamentary Complex. The focus of the meeting will be to discuss the safety and well-being of Sri Lankans currently working in the affected countries and assess the potential risks to Sri Lanka from a prolonged conflict. Opposition parties also plan to update the Government on their suggestions and recommendations.
