Multi-storey housing complex in Kirulapone vested in the people
Sri Lanka, July 6 -- The new multi-storey housing complex, 'The Residencies Kirulapone' located at D.M. Colombage Mawatha in Kirulapone, built for low-income residents living in the Colombo Municipal area, was vested in the public on Saturday.
The housing complex was officially handed over under the patronage of Transport, Highways, and Urban Development Minister Bimal Rathnayake.
Consisting of two terminals designated as 'B1' and 'B2', the housing complex features 11 floors in one terminal, housing a total of 624 housing units. The total project cost stands at Rs.5,784 million.
