Sri Lanka, Sept. 15 -- The nationwide Local Government Week commenced yesterday (14), bringing together Local Government institutions across the country, Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government Minister Prof. A.H.M.H. Abeyratne said.
In a statement issued yesterday (14), the Minister said the six-day programme continues until September 19, launched nationally, with the main event held in Ruwanwella in the Kegalle District.
