Minister stresses need for regional co-operation to overcome climate change, health challenges
Sri Lanka, Sept. 8 -- The 79th Session of the WHO Regional Committee for South-East Asia opened yesterday in Dili with World Health Organisation Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in attendance. The assembly gathers health ministers, policymakers and WHO officials from across the region to address pressing global health threats and co-ordinate multi-sectoral strategies.
