Sri Lanka, July 23 -- Fort Magistrate Pasan Amarasena informed the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) yesterday (22 July) that he was not satisfied with the investigations conducted into the death of former SriLankan Airlines Chief Executive Officer Kapila Chandrasena, who died in mysterious circumstances and was the main suspect in the Airbus deal.
The Magistrate made this remark in response to submissions presented when the case was called, while inquiring into the investigations surrounding the mobile phone of the deceased, Chandrasena.
In response to the Magistrate's inquiry about the device, the Police informed the Court that requests had been made to Apple in the United States through the Foreign Affairs Ministry.
