Sri Lanka, Aug. 13 -- The Foreign Affairs, Foreign Employment and Tourism Ministry, in collaboration with the Lakshman Kadirgamar Institute of International Relations and Strategic Studies (LKIIRSS), organised an almsgiving on August 12 to commemorate the 21st death anniversary of former Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar.

The religious observances were conducted by Rajakeeya Panditha Venerable Mahanuwara Amitha Gaveshi Thera and seven members of the Maha Sangha from the Sri Sambodhi Vihara in Colombo.
