Sri Lanka, June 11 -- The ongoing investigation into the 2019 Easter Sunday bombings should proceed free of political motivation, Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) MP Chanaka Madugoda said in Parliament yesterday.

"Therefore, we respectfully request that this Easter attack not be politically motivated. We have precise, accurate information and data provided by the FBI in the United States about the Easter attacks.
