Sri Lanka, March 2 -- The Iranian Embassy in Colombo yesterday strongly condemned the military aggression carried out by Israel and US on Iran.

A media statement from the Embassy said it was against the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

"This unlawful and provocative act constitutes a clear violation of international law, the Charter of the United Nations, and the fundamental principles governing relations among sovereign states. Such hostile actions, particularly at a sensitive diplomatic juncture, once again reveal the true nature of these regimes and their disregard for peace, stability, and constructive dialogue.
