Sri Lanka, Aug. 20 -- The Flag-Hoisting Ceremony of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Colombo, marking the 81st Anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia, was held at the Embassy premises in Colombo on Monday (17). The ceremony was held under the patronage of Indonesian Ambassador to Sri Lanka and the Maldives, Dewi Gustina Tobing.Travel Guides & Travelogues

The event was attended by Indonesian residents in Sri Lanka, representatives of the Sri Lanka-Indonesia Friendship Association (SLIFA), including Vice President Thariq Thulba and members, as well as teachers and students from various schools, religious leaders and embassy officials.
