Sri Lanka, Feb. 23 -- A 14-member Indian religious delegation led by Kailashanand Giri Maharaj arrived in Sri Lanka today (23) for a five-day official visit aimed at strengthening cultural and spiritual ties between the two countries.

The delegation arrived at the Bandaranaike International Airport and was welcomed by Deputy Minister of Tourism Prof. Ruwan Ranasinghe.

Sports News Coverage During their visit, the group is scheduled to tour several prominent Hindu religious sites across the island. These include Thiruketheeswaram Temple, Naguleswaram Temple, Koneswaram Temple, Seetha Amman Temple, as well as ancient ruins and Shiva temples in Polonnaruwa.
