SriLanka, Aug. 29 -- Finance Ministry sources yesterday a delegation International Monetary Fund (IMF) is scheduled to visit the Sri Lanka on September 17 for the next review of the Extended Fund Facility (EFF).

During the seven day visit, they will conduct conduct the seve nth review and are scheduled to consider the release of the Eighth tranche of EFF.

A loan installment of US$ 330 million is expected to be disbursed to the country following the review.

IMF released the sixth and seventh loan tranches to Sri Lanka last July, totalling US$ 695 million.
