Sri Lanka, July 20 -- The Election Commission has submitted a detailed report to the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) with their observations on four distinct methods through which the delayed Provincial Council elections could be conducted.

Election Commission Chairman R.M.A.L.Rathnayake, announced that Commission officials will appear before the Parliamentary Select Committee this week to provide necessary assistance and clarifications regarding the report.

This will mark the Commission's third appearance before the committee.
