SriLanka, Sept. 22 -- Sri Lanka women's team will meet India women in their Asian Games T-20 cricket final today in Nisshin, Japan at 10. 30 a.m (Sri Lanka time). In the 2023 Asian Games in China, India beat Sri Lanka by 19 runs to take the gold and once again the same two teams will battled it out in Japan.

The two teams have met 32 times in T20Is with India winning 26 games, Sri Lanka winning five and one match having no result. Sri Lanka have lost their last seven T20Is against India and won only once in their last 11 meetings. The two sides met less than ten days ago in the Women's Asia Cup final in Dubai where India cruised to a 72 run victory.
