Sri Lanka, July 7 -- The Cabinet of Ministers yesterday (6) approved the appointment of a committee to conduct a formal and comprehensive investigation into the violent incident that occurred at the Negombo Prison and submit a report containing the causes of the incident, the measures to be taken in that regard, and recommendations to be made to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
