Sri Lanka, July 3 -- Health Services Director General Dr.Asela Gunawardena, paid an official visit to the Kalmunai Ashraff Memorial Hospital on Sunday to inspect its infrastructure facilities and review its future development plans.

During the visit, the Director General opened the new Pay Ward, Nursing Administration Office and the Overseer's Office, all of which have been introduced to further enhance patient care and hospital administration.

He toured several hospital units and held detailed discussions with hospital officials regarding the healthcare services currently provided, medical facilities, and administrative functions.
