Sri Lanka, March 19 -- As Sri Lanka moves forward with economic recovery and reforms, the need for meaningful dialogue has become more important than ever. Without spaces to raise concerns, employee uncertainty can quickly turn into unrest and disruption, affecting both workers and the wider population. Addressing these challenges is critical for public sector transformation and economic recovery. To support this effort, the United Nations, together with the Sri Lankan Government, is implementing the Social Dialogue for Peace and Crisis Prevention project.
