Sri Lanka, Aug. 11 -- The Department of Government Printing is set to commence operations of a newly installed double-sided four-colour printing press and relaunch its revamped official website today (11).

The events will be held at the Department of Government Printing under the patronage of Minister of Health and Mass Media Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.

The new printing press has been installed to increase the Department's printing capacity and improve its efficiency in meeting government printing requirements.

The machine, valued at approximately Rs. 162 million, is expected to strengthen the Department's technical and operational capabilities while enabling government printing requirements to be fulfilled more efficiently.
