Sri Lanka, March 2 -- SLPP MP Namal Rajapaksa yesterday said the Government must anticipate risks, strengthen contingency plans and support those who could be affected from the tension in Middle East.
He noted that the disruptions to trade, energy and supply networks due to the tensions can directly impact livelihoods, markets and essential services, Taking to 'X' Rajapaksa said,: "Decades of war taught us how deeply lives, communities, and economies can be affected. We strongly condemn violence in all forms. Global tensions with the US, Israel and Iran affect us all. Small nations feel the ripple of every great power conflict.
